What We Do
Our planned giving team at the OhioHealth Foundation works with donors to explore estate and deferred giving options as well as current gifts of non-traditional assets such as real estate, closely held businesses, IRD assets, and other assets that present complex tax and legal implications.
Mark Mangia is the Senior Philanthropy Advisor for planned giving at the OhioHealth Foundation. He is a member of the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners and served as a board member for the Charitable Gift Planners of Central Ohio since 2018. Prior to joining the OhioHealth Foundation in 2018, Mark work at The Ohio State University, where he served as Director of Estate and Gift Planning for the Wexner Medical Center, Health Sciences Colleges, Fisher College of Business, and College of Food, Agriculture and Environmental Sciences. He earned a bachelor's in medical technology and master's in business administration from Ohio State, is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), and holds a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) designation from the American College of Financial Services. Mark is a central Ohio native and lives in Eastmoor with his wife and four children.
